It is my new store ,I live in apex and will from now on drive here and stock up for 3 reasons .1 everyone is nice! THEY GET IT ! How can I help you ? We’ll have you tried this or that ? 2 absolutely a great selection and hard to find items whoever is doing the ordering GETS IT! 3 wonderful atmosphere a little music a little seasonal display a lot of pride . Go by and see for yourself.

Tried to purchase spark plugs online but received an email stating that I had already picked up the plugs before I even left home to go to the store. Called and told them to cancel the order. They did not know how to cancel an order. They need to understand that online shopping is here to stay and they need to refine their system. The lady called me back from the store and stated that she talked with her district manager and that I needed to go to the store to cancel the order. What is the point of online shopping?

Battery died while parked at the kayaking place next door. Bought a new one and one of the younger sales associates was kind enough to bring a toolbox over and help me change out the battery. Appreciate it!

Packed up the kids and took them here because we were on the road and hungry but didn’t want greasy fast food….. checked the Website and it said they close at 9pm but the guy turned my husband away at 830pm!!!! So I called and the guy answered said “Subway we are closed” I asked if there was a manager…. The guy said “they don’t really have a manager, just team leaders” so I explained how we got turned away at 830 but the website clearly states 9pm…. He said “well the employees have to leave by 9…but we close at 830” 😒 I was a manager before and trust me, that’s not how it works. Sounds to me he just didn’t want to do his job. we will be calling cooperate tomorrow!

Absolutely ridiculous! Drove an hour and a half so I didn’t have to make an appointment just to get a motorcycle permit. Only to wait for an hour and a half so they can eat lunch after I got there! Then go in it was in 2 minutes they tell me that they don’t do testing there! Yet that was never mention on a website or anywhere else for that matter that they did it! Horrible horrible horrible way to conduct business! Just another way to show you how great of a job they are doing spending our tax dollars! And I only made it one star because they don’t have the option to do negative Stars!

We arrived and the only dmv person attending the office took so long helping the last person getting a state ID it ended up going 1 minute past his alotted break time so he did not have to see anyone else. We watched 3 other people get state ID’s in a few minutes. This needs to have over site.

Let me start this off by saying I just lost my mother, she died due to of negligence of a nursing home. I have never encountered a more rude and hateful human being. I called the clerk of Superior Court, because they sent us a letter in the mail regarding my mother’s estate and I simply had questions. However, from the minute Ms. Renee Whittenton, got on the phone, she was rude to me. It felt as if she couldn’t be bother to answer the questions I had. My mother just died and I am young and I do not know how to file these claims, excuse me for asking questions, when it is your job to answer questions like this. She then says because my mom wasn’t living in harnett county they have to send the funds elsewhere….. she hasn’t lived in harnett county for OVER 5 years, why did you people have her estate at all? When I brought up concerns about her sending the estate to a different country she cut me off and said “have a good day” then proceeded to hang up on me. Our tax dollars at work people, someone’s loved one just died and this is how you treat them. What an awful person Renee Whittenton was, I hope someone reads this because I have never been treated so poorly, for simply asking questions.

So, I called the DA’s office to ask some questions about an upcoming court date that was obviously messed up by the system. I’m trying to explain to the very unprofessional lady why I was calling and she interrupted me not once, not twice, but three times. I calmly said ” mam can you please stop talking over me and let me explain” she blew her breath and hung up on me… I said Wow! This person that is supposed to be educated hung up like a child. I called back several times and if they didn’t pick up the phone and hang it up they said she wasn’t there. If you ever need help from the DA’s office do not contact VICTORIA COBB!!!!

Extremely unprofessional when on the phone. Significantly rude and not very inviting when they answer. Puts you on hold for 10+ minutes. Do not recommend. The front desk employees are also ill-mannered in person as-well. Almost like you’re literally interrupting their work hours. 🙄 Not pleased by their professionalism. 👎🏼 Would rate .5 or no stars if there was an option.

I recently started going here I see PA Sydney and she is amazing I love coming here she is so understanding and patient and not rude she definitely loves her jobs and cares about people also the day I was there I was checked out by Cari and the lady in front of me was being so rude and disrespectful rushing her and cari kept her calm and had so much patience and grace and I applaud her for that she’s a joy to be around and a very respectful kind person! Also Michelle was great with me to and so funny definitely would recommend if I could give 10 stars I would

Please do not go here. Save your time. The last two times I have been here have been nothing but horrible. At one point I had something going on which I would rather not disclose however they told me I needed to go to Duke or UNC and get emergency surgery because said issue could get into my spine and paralyze me. I went elsewhere and had it handled absolutely no problem. The last time (today), both me and my son are sick. I made my appointment an hour and a half before his at his pediatrician (which is less than half a mile away may I add). I called when I got there per their instructions and still waited for an hour. I finally called and told them to cancel the appointment because I was going to be late for my sons appointment. The lady told me they were backed up. Which I get and I usually extend Grace to situations like this because I work in an office with the public as well. However they had my contact information. They should have called me to let me know instead of having me sit outside in my car for an hour with no communication and a sick toddler. Please go somewhere else. They have gone down hill. Unfortunately there is no other place in Lillington that can take same day appointments, but I encourage you to drive to somewhere that can.

I can not begin to tell you how great this place is! There is really only a few employees at this location but they work incredibly hard. My wife and I stop there every morning and they always brightin our day. The staff is amazing and super helpful and kind. I truly appreciate having this store near me and thankful for the hard working staff that this store is lucky enough to have

We checked in last night, the hotel smelled terribly of cigarettes. The elevator was filled with smoke as we got in to go to our room with our little girl. Terrible, couldn’t breathe and stop coughing. This floor says nonsmoking however it Riggs of cigarettes. The bathroom had residual in the toilet as if used. The fixtures on the wall and tub are lose, if touched or mishandled they will fall off. The beds are not comfortable as they move/shift as you move. We got in at midnight after a 10hr drive here. To top it off, we were woken up at 7a by a noisy guest who clearly thought it was a good idea to play loud annoying music, it’s now 8a it’s still going on. The only pleasant thing so far since we checked in last night was the front desk person, her name is Maggie. She was very pleasant and helpful. Trying to find another place to stay as this is simply not going to work for us.

North wing on the 3rd floor is for smoker’s even though the rooms all have no smoking on them the rooms are complete ash trays. Don’t believe anyone that says there non smoking rooms. Request the 1st or second floors on the southern side to be safe.

Would not recommend sending your kids to school in this district as I have a phone number in living South Carolina but kept getting calls about someone else’s child, when I called to try to have it changed I was hung up on three times and the receptionist for Johnsonville elementary was very rude and huffy and was just playing out rude and not even caring that maybe somebody’s child could have got snatched because of their error she hung up on me three times and then when I tried to contact the district board they’re like well did you contact the principal tried to no answer three times so they just connected me to her again instead of the superintendent like I requested for complaint so very much so do not send your kids to school here they probably wouldn’t be very safe

I ran into the store while I was on the road making a delivery from my job and I acknowledged to the two ladies at front that I knew that they close soon and said I would just grab one thing. I couldn’t find what I needed so I had one associate help me and as I was I was looking in the aisle the other associate decided that she was going to rudely interrupt and stop me to say in a very condescending tone ‘we are closing’ so I rush to the register and realize there is still 3 minutes before close And I call her out to her face that I had well enough time to continue grabbing what I need. I’m ready to get off work right now too I will be on the clock until 1 am but I’ll be damned if I disrespect a customer who was conscious of the time we closed and had already acknowledged they would be gone by that time. Do better.

Tuesday, they came out and worked on the line that runs in front of my home. It is now Thursday and no one can give me an answer as to why my children and I still have no water. We’ve talked with 6 different people and have received 6 different answers. We’ve lived at the address and have maintained service for 2 years now. I NEED RUNNING WATER!

ain’t got no water this morning! what’s up and when be fixed? Update – – – about 1/2 mile away, a water dept employee had found the problem and had crew on the way. within a few hours, service back while repair crew worked most of the morning. however, no response from my “reporting outage”
