I have been bringing my mom here since April 2021 for cirrhosis of the liver. She had previously been given 6 months to live and I was Instructed to place her in hospice care for end of life care. With the help of the emergency department, primary care, and gastroenterology she is thriving. She had to stay in care (about 4 days) in the earlier part of this journey but is doing so well these days. I know that the wait times can be difficult and staff is not always on point, but I want to thank each person that has taken the time to show her that her life is important and valued! Much love to all!

My baby girl arrived this Sunday and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The staff were so supportive and welcoming. They took amazing care of me and my baby. Unfortunately my baby has jaundice but they’ve been super helpful throughout the whole process. I could not recommend them enough!

I had a great experience with the Womack Labor & Delivery unit! They made my experience amazing! Very supportive of my decisions even if they were extreme, they were also helpful with my requests even if my changed my mind throughout the process. I loved every moment and couldn’t have imagined a better experience. The mother & baby unit was great as well! I wouldn’t hesitate to have my next baby there! I don’t know what I would do without this unit on base!

My kids take figure skating lessons here! We feel like we found a pot of gold! We get a visitors pass and come a few times a week for lessons and group lessons. Kelda and her group fo coaches are amazing and run a wonderful program! My kids love it! Staff is always helpful and kind!

I hidden gem on post. Family friendly and open to any ages. My 6 year old loved her first experience skating on ice. Highly recommended to get out and get some exercise while having fun.

We love ice-skating at Cleland! My daughter has been taking lessons here for a while now (with a pause for covid but we’re back at it again). All if the instructors are so nice and my daughter has learned so much.. We also enjoy coming on the weekend for free skate as well.

My family enjoys visiting this library! The children’s section has a good variety of books. We have recently attended story time and my daughter enjoyed it. I think there could be some improvements with story time. For example having seating for parents to sit and music with the songs that they sing.

Its ridiculous that as a “professional organization” the people at DEERS can not get there own information straight when giving guidance on what someone needs to get a new ID. Three days later and there is still something missing that the representative the day before failed to inform to bring. Its a common trend for government employees to suffer from mental illnesses and poor work ethic.

In and out quickly with an appointment, however the clerk checking us in was less than cordial, and not very friendly, and had her mask hanging by one ear. Sometimes I think that the civilians working on post forget that their job depends on us, not them. This same clerk was quite rude to the young soldier checking in after us. Aside from that the experience wasn’t too bad, if you don’t count being asked several times why we are there. Since we were in the I D section with an appointment card it should have been quite obvious why we were there.

We had the most remarkable experience this morning getting my new ID card. The lady who checked us us in and the young lady who took care of us were amazing! I have been through getting an ID card many times before and I can tell you that we have had those who did not deserve a Customer Service position at all. Parking was not an issue at all! We found a spot right away. There was a little bit of a line but it was because we were there so much earlier than the scheduled appointment.

They don’t pick phone up and when they do they just take it off the ringer and don’t say anything while you hear them banging pizza trays around in the background and talking to people. Pick your phones up. Experienced this on 15 Aug 2021 @ 1350

I’ve been here a few times, I believe once before the covid shots and it was really nice, now I’ve only been there 2 times to get my 2 covid shots and it was extremely quick very painless and very informative as well. But I think I went to get some wings there before covid happened and it was very nice. Pretty quiet and quick with the food. Great place

Just used the food pantry for the first time, only requesting baby food/cereals and stuff of that nature. The staff of YMCA went above and beyond and gave me everything I requested AND THEN SOME- ribs, coupons, Etc. They were so generous with the donation to my family. This is an amazing outreach for soldiers to utilize whenever they need a helping hand. Thank you Fort Bragg YMCA!

The female that works there is incredibly rude and doesn’t know how to work the register. I came in to get the usual tornados and she charged me twice for them. I pointed it out to her and she refused to admit her mistake. Like how can you mess that up? Not to mention how she talks badly about other soldiers. We can hear you!

It should not be a surprise to have to wait in the morning to compete with the morning rush of caffeine and tobacco-craved young Soldiers trying to get their fix before formation. Soldiers will fill up their tank and go inside for these items where they wait another 10-15 minutes in line as their vehicle remains at the pump unmoved. Do the employees do anything to address this, do they shut off pumps? No. So you may have to circle around a few times to find an open (and operable pump). I went to this location around 1500 yesterday to fill up my tank and remained halfway in my car, right outside the pump. At some point the attendee inside turned off my pump because my actions were such are starker violation than what ensues in the morning rush. Mind you there was maybe 4 other cars filling up at the time. I already had disdain for this location because their card readers struggle to read cards and it sometimes takes 5-10 reinsert attempts to finally work. Recommend Soldiers spend their money elsewhere. AAFES as a company historically does not treat Soldiers well and it’s a shame the Army continues to throw wasteful money at them. I will be doing my infinitely small part by not going to this gas station anymore.

My family enjoyed visiting this museum. It is very informative and clean. My 3 year old even enjoyed it! Bathrooms are available. The gift shop is cute and has some cute items.

Stop at the visitor center to get checked into the base first. Loved the planes and exhibits. Go and get an understanding of what we should be thankful for. ❤

The facility itself is nice enough but the vulgar songs on the jukebox need to be removed!! I could not believe the absolute filth I was hearing on a recent Sunday afternoon visit. Families come here with children and we don’t expect to hear “music” that you’d expect to hear in a night club/strip joint! Clean it up!!

It’s was so good. And at Monday they have a special price! Only 1 dollar per gane! I played with my husband 3 games and we are pay 6 dollars plus 4 dollars for shoes rent. At total only 10 dollars!!!! That’s incredible!!!

Sandralisa Toledo out of one of the Fort Bragg offices was a major help in figuring out where my returns went wrong and helping me amend them. I was at wits end with dealing with the IRS and trying to figure where to start to understand why I had not received any of my stimulus checks through recovery rebate and whether or not my tax form was done correctly. For just a single individual I had created a messy situation for myself and within a couple of hours Sandralisa had it all covered.
